SPF Europe BV was set up in Hoensbroek in 1989 and currently employs 30 people. Maintenance and repair work, either in-house or on site, are also part of the programme of possibilities.
Production facilities and equipment
Our production facilities and equipment include a production surface of approximately 3200 m², including a cleanroom, cranes : 3,2 tons – 5 tons – 10 tons ( x 2 ), a vertical and horizontal seam welding machine, all new CNC milling machine, hydraulic cutting and bending machines. As well as some new high tech welding machines.
Core business
SPF Europe are manufacturers of equipment for the chemical processing, strip processing and electroplating industries, using high grade corrosion resistant metals, such as Tantalum, Zirconium and similar metals.
Engineering and advice
Both the design and the total engineering, including the thermal and mechanical calculations, can be produced by our engineering department.
Certification
SPF Europe’s activities have been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to the ISO 9001-standard since February 25th, 1999. SPF Europe’s Pressure Vessels will be manufactured according PED and/or ASME VIII, division 1.

World-wide
SPF Global offers full service, including design, manufacture and reconditioning from their three main facilities in Japan, Europe and the United States of America. The concern currently employs over 200 people world-wide.
